Successful applicants for summer and associate positions will have outstanding academic performance in both undergraduate and law school, plus excellent oral and written communication skills. For our patent practice, which comprises the majority of our hiring, we require a technical undergraduate degree in, for example, engineering, computer science, chemistry, physics, or biotechnology. For trademark and related areas, we seek applicants with liberal arts or business degrees who have strong interest in specializing in these areas of law.
